Yuyao Paper Mill was founded in 1958. As an old employee with many years of working experience, I have experienced numerous ups and downs with the company, but what is most unforgettable for me is the process of transformation.
In 2000, due to the requirements of national policies and market economy, our factory carried out the system reform, from the original state-owned management system to a joint-stock enterprise. In the process of the transformation, due to the influence of the external trend and the thought fluctuation of the enterprise internal staff, the transformation process of my factory can be said to be twists and turns. In that process, due to the incorrect management methods of some leaders in the enterprise at that time, the employees complained and treated their work very carelessly, even deliberately disruptive, which led to the difficult situation of 80% of the production lines stopping production at the time of transferring production. At that time, some management of our workshop also wavered, thinking that the transformation would not succeed, like some enterprises, or even disintegrated. Most of the employees are waiting.
In this case, the management of our workshop temporarily convened some old workers to analyze the current situation, and agreed that if this development continues, it is bound to cause the whole line of production suspension. Once the production is stopped, there will be great difficulties to resume production, and at the same time, it will bring negative impact to some workers who wait and see. In this way, not only to the country, the enterprise has caused huge losses, but also will make most of the workers lose employment opportunities. In view of the current situation, our workshop class management personnel from the overall situation, twist into a rope, lead by example, day and night underground at the grass-roots level, both when the operator and when the commander, and do ideological work to the worker individually, let ideology more positive staff to drive a batch of still waiting worker, make them take the initiative to go back to the original jobs.
After efforts, the whole line did not stop production, ensuring the normal smooth viscose pipeline, and providing a guarantee for the comprehensive resumption of production in the future. As the turbulence of the transformation gradually subsided, the production workshop gradually resumed production, from barely maintaining one production line during the transformation, to finally resuming the normal operation of five production lines after several months of integration and adjustment. In 2003, the market gradually recovered, and after the decision of the enterprise leaders, another production line was expanded. Practice has proved that, through the reform of the enterprise system, the internal management system of the enterprise has been improved, and the market competitiveness has been gradually improved. At present, our factory is an important base of Chinese cellrane export, products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, South America, Africa, Europe and other countries and regions.

At the difficult turning point, failed to cross us, now in the face of market decline new challenges, we are more able to overcome!
